How it Works
Our approach is different from many other property management companies as we do not charge a direct fee for monthly management, or anything else! Both property owner and tenants alike can say goodbye to admin fees, technology fees, maintenance fees, setup fees, leasing fees, pet fees, or any other arbitrary fee you can think of! Targeting the Best Rent
We'll analyze and market your property to best match the current market rate. You can then decided what rental rate is the best fit for your property. Higher, lower or somewhere in between, we'll list your property.

Once you approve the rental price, we list your property based on current tenant exceptions to maximize engagement with highly qualified prospective tenants.

Structuring The Lease
We structure our lease with a single transparent fee directly to the tenant, meaning there is no chance of ever having to pay for property management during vacancies or if a tenant doesn't pay on time.
